"A few years ago I moved my insurance on all my vehicles and my home from Liberty Mutual Ins. Co. to State Farm the Ross Eaton office in McAlester OK. The policy prices were almost identical but I liked doing business in my home town. I also like to be able to talk with my agent about my insurance needs. So as I would go in today my premiums on my autos and my home I would ask if Mr. Eaton was there so I could visit with him. The answer was always the same. No he isnt here today. So after few times I asked is he ever in the office. I get this look of frustration from the woman speaking as she says he works from most of the time. I explain I would appreciate being able to visit with my agent when I come in. She acted like my request wasn't important and said she could help me calling me honey etc. I requested she use my name, not endearing words. She stated i could possibly schedule an appointment with Mr. Eaton. I told her no thanks if he doesn't appreciate his clients enough to be there to visit with them then I will move my insurance to firm that does. I insure 5 vehicles and my home and the premiums are a lot of $$$. So now I have moved my policies elsewhere and all of a sudden I get an email from Mr. Eaton to renew or pay my premiums for continued coverage etc. This comes after I have stopped my insurance with state farm and sought coverage elsewhere. TO LITTLE TO LATE !! IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS, SOMEONE ELSE WILL."
